EMICO pays strict attention to valve quality, and is committed to continued product research and development and improvement of manufacturing technology to ensure the supply of valve products with high and stable quality.  We have our own in-house foundry to produce precision castings which allows control from the source of materials. Strict production process management, professional quality inspection and control instruments effectively control the quality and process of production.

PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
EMICO has been developing various products for its international client base since 2002, with continuous supplies made to advanced industrial countries such as the United States of America, countries across Europe, Japan, etc.
EMICO has cooperation agreements with Hitachi Valves, Japan to further improve the stability of production technology and quality. In order to improve product quality and plant capacity, EMICO developed its own in-house foundry for investment castings with fully functional automated production equipment. Along with the investment made in our foundry and our dedicated production management and quality control procedures, we are able to assure and enhance the quality of our well-established product range.

PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION AND TESTING
We have a fully functional quality control laboratory with comprehensive product verification capability. In addition to material composition & analysis, microstructure, mechanical properties and dimensional measurement, we have high-end measuring instruments such as spectrometers, and German produced advanced contact image measurement system, used to inspect, simulate and verify product structure.
We have simulation verification equipment capabilities, and great design verification capabilities. (Casting: ProCAST software. Valves: fire test equipment, cryogenic test equipment (down to -196 °C)). EMICO has quality-assurance system certification, supplier certification, and various product verification.
The Gage Max FaroArm portable CMM
1.Through the XYZ coordinate system, the measured object is placed in the 3-dimensional measurement space, and the coordinate position of each measuring point on the measured object can be obtained. According to the spatial coordinate values of these points, the geometric size, shape and location.。
2.Portable mobile device to achieve online measurement and ensure quality.
Three-dimension coordinate measuring machine

Coaxial test bench
Examine the coaxiality of both sides of the threaded ends to ensure that the coaxiality of the product combination meets the requirements of JIS B 2003.
Contour measuring system
It can measure the arc radius, straightness, convexity, groove center distance, inclination, vertical distance, horizontal distance, steps and other shape parameters of products, and use the obtained data for analysis and application.
Helium leak detector
Use helium to do low emission test to meet ISO15848-2、ISA-S93 requirements.
Portable alloy analyzer
1.Real-time detection of important metal component element ratios to avoid incorrect use of income materials.

Sclerometer machine
1.Measurement of surface hardness of metallic materials.
2.The hardness of the metal surface can be checked at any time to verify conformity to the material specification
Surface roughness analyzer
Measure the roughness after machining and polishing to meet the requirements of ASME B16.5 or to meet the requirements of customers and drawings.
Hydraulic valve test bench
Complies with API 598 and API 6D water test and pressure test conditions for valve testing.
R&D LABORATORY
Cryogenic test
Low temperature tests are conducted according to BS6364, and there are also products supplied that have passed the low temperature test.
Ultra-low temperature freezer
When used for low temperature measurement, it can ensure that the temperature is kept stable at a low temperature during the test, which increases the reliability of the testing.
Fire test
Fire safe test is carried out according to API 607, and we have several products with the fire safe certificates.

FOUNDRY
Spectrometer analysis instrument
1.It is an instrument used to accurately measure the deflection angle of light. Spectrometers use various principles to split a mixed beam of light into multiple pure beams.
2.Use a spectrometer to analyze the material and element content of each batch of castings.
Tension test machine
It is a mechanical force testing machine that can perform static load, tension, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling and other mechanical properties tests for castings, and test whether the tensile force of the produced castings meets the material characteristics requirements.
Impact test machine
Impact strength is an index to measure the toughness of materials, usually defined as the energy absorbed per unit cross-sectional area when the sample is broken or fractured under the action of impact load. Impact strength is used to evaluate the impact resistance of materials or to judge the degree of brittleness and toughness of materials, so impact strength is also called impact toughness.
Metallographic microscope
It is a high-tech product developed and developed by perfectly combining optical microscope technology, photoelectric conversion technology and computer image processing technology. It is used to analyze the changes in the internal structure and structure of metal materials after heat treatment, so as to change the mechanical properties of the parts.
